Terms and Conditions

1) Orders placed on the Gold Dry Cleaners website must be a minimum of £20. If the order amount is below £20, Gold Dry Cleaners holds the right to automatically put the amount to £20.

2) Gold Dry Cleaners cleans garment in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer or care label instructions. If any damages occur while following those instructions, Gold Dry Cleaners will not be held responsible for it.

3) Gold Dry Cleaners holds the right to apply a surge for express service.

4) To cancel an order, Gold Dry Cleaners holds the right to apply a charge for cancellation.

5) Gold Dry Cleaners will not be held responsible for fade marks or loss of color to any garments that have been cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer`s instruction.

Stain Removal:
Although Gold Dry Cleaners aims to achieve optimum results, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the removal of every type of stain or mark.

Care label instructions:
We clean in accordance with the care label instructions and use methods and solvents best suited to the article. In the absence of such instructions, we will contact you but in the event that the chosen method causes damage, we shall not be held liable. If the customer wishes we can contact the brand or manufacturer and complain about the product defect. The compensation, however, will be at the discretion of the manufacturer and will be paid directly by them.

Pick up and Delivery:
If the customer is not available at their scheduled delivery time without prior notification to the company, they will have to pay additional charges and pick a later day and date.

Loss or Damage:
Gold Dry Cleaners take full responsibility for your dry cleaning once the items have been collected. However, it is the customer’s duty to count and check the number and condition of the items once delivered. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your items in case of problems. Please note that if the dry cleaning is left with someone you have previously authorized i.e. concierge or doorman, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

Privacy:
Customer information is treated with the utmost care and is never passed onto any third party or used without your consent. We respect your privacy and the importance of keeping confidential information secure.

Price Changes and Offers:
Gold Dry Cleaners reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. We regularly update our offers on the website which are subject to changes as the company deems fit.

Refusal:
Gold Dry Cleaners reserves the right to refuse any customer order if there is a threat of verbal abuse towards our staff. Acceptance of orders is at the company’s discretion.
